Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic changes to enhance efficiency.
- Gather and analyze data on operational performance, developing comprehensive reports to communicate findings and solutions.
- Work closely with leadership to implement recommendations that align with company goals and improve business outcomes.
- Engage with different departments to understand their challenges and align solutions with their needs.
- Perform cost analyses to justify proposed changes and help manage budget considerations effectively.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data and drive actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and leading discussions.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments to implement solutions effectively.
