Barclay Associates is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banker to join our dynamic team. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You’ll be a key player in facilitating financial solutions, managing complex transactions, and advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
- Create comprehensive financial models and perform valuations to support deal structures and client proposals.
- Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, documentation, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Conduct thorough industry research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends that align with client needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and senior management, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or a related field, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methods, and advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
