We’re seeking a meticulous Compliance Analyst who is passionate about upholding regulatory standards and fostering a culture of integrity. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping Barclay Associates navigate the complex landscape of compliance within the financing industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and update internal processes accordingly.
- Develop and implement policies to support regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance to departments on compliance-related issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
