Basic criteria for sub-prime auto loan portfolios:

  • Auto loan portfolio size: at least $5 million or greater. Virtually no maximum amount.
  • Credit scores: at least 525 FICO
  • No current bankruptcies
  • Our auto loan portfolios can not contain automobiles that have been repossessed.
  • Autos should be within an age-range of 5 years from current date.
  • Seasoning of contracts should be at least 6 months.
  • Payment histories should be anywhere from good and current to as much as 90 days delinquent. Pricing is definitely affected downward with ongoing delinquencies.
  • Autos should have been verifiably owned by one previous owner.
  • The buyer holds a reserves holdback of up to 20% for anywhere from 90 days to 120 days after each loan is purchased. This, minus any collection or repossession/resale costs, is sent back to the loan seller.
  • Interest-rates attached to the contracts should be at or near 18% for best-case scenario pricing.
  • All down payments that have been recorded in the spreadsheet should be verifiable.
  • The seller must provide normal representations and warranties relating to the borrowers and the automobiles that secure the contracts

  • INCOME PROPERTIES - COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE LOANS- (apartment and office building loans, self storage units, mobile home park financing, strip centers etc. (Not raw land/land developer loans) - $100,000 minimum loan amount. ($125,000 minimum if referred by broker.) Multi-family (apartment buildings) must be 5 units or more.
  • RAW LAND LOANS OR LAND DEVELOPMENT LOANS $500,000 minimum loan amount($600,000 minimum if referred by broker).
  • SBA LOANS-$300,000 minimum loan amount. ($350,000 minimum if referred by broker).
  • OTHER SMALL BUSINESS LOANS (NON SBA)- $300,000 minimum loan amount ($375,000 minimum if referred by broker).
  • FACTORING AND ASSET BASED FINANCING These are business loans using accounts receivable, inventory, equipment & real estate as collateral- $500,000 minimum loan amount($600,000 if referred by broker).
